Free launch placement

Directory placement is free from 4 November 2026 until 4 May 2027. This is a fixed shared launch period; editors joining later receive the remaining period. No card is required. VowFoundry charges no listing fee or project commission during this period. There is no automatic paid renewal. Any future paid plan will be offered separately and will require your opt-in.

Publication and profile details

Applications are reviewed before publication. Submit accurate rates, currency, delivery conditions, current availability and at least one public contact method. Only work you created or are authorised to share may be submitted. A profile is not an endorsement, an employment offer or a guarantee of enquiries, projects or income.

Direct agreements

Clients and editors communicate and contract directly. They agree scope, fees, payment, revisions, music rights, deadlines and project-file handoff themselves. VowFoundry does not process project payments or offer the previous agency’s pay-after-approval terms for independent editors.

Your editor account

Accounts are invitation-only after publication permission is confirmed. Sign in using a one-time VowFoundry email link. Links expire after 10 minutes and one use; request a fresh link from the editor account page when needed. You can edit only your profile, portfolio, rates and public contact information. Proposed changes are reviewed before publication; the current public version remains until approval. You can immediately hide your listing and withdraw publication permission from your account. Free listings pause after the launch period ends, with no automatic payment or renewal.

Customer reviews

Customers who have worked directly with an editor may submit a rating and written review. Both positive and negative first-hand experiences are welcome. Use your own display name, describe the project honestly and keep private contact details or other people’s private information out of the review.

Reviews are checked by site administrators before publication. Submissions may be withheld or removed for spam, impersonation, self-reviews, unrelated content or private information. Editors cannot approve their own reviews. Moderation does not independently verify a project or guarantee an editor’s work. Public ratings and ranking use approved reviews only. The default Top rated order lists the highest average rating first, then the number of approved reviews to break ties. Editors without reviews appear afterward; name order resolves any remaining ties.

Changes and removal

Request corrections or removal at artem.vowfoundry@gmail.com using your application email and profile link. Listings may be withheld or removed for inaccurate information, unauthorised portfolio use or abusive conduct. After the free launch period, further placement terms will be communicated separately; no payment will be taken automatically.
