Wedding video post-production
Documentary Wedding Film Editing
A longer wedding film with ceremony and speeches coverage, multi-camera sync and audio cleanup, planned around your footage and brief.
A longer wedding film gives the ceremony, speeches and other important moments room to unfold. VowFoundry’s Film service covers a 20–60 minute wedding film from $349, with multi-camera sync and audio cleanup.
It includes two revision rounds and complete Adobe Premiere project files. Turnaround starts from 14 days, after the project scope and all materials are confirmed.
Plan the longer film before the edit
“Documentary wedding film” can mean different things to different studios. Tell us which sections need extended coverage, what the final length should be and how you want the day structured. If a ceremony or speech should appear in full, say so in the brief so we can confirm it within the agreed scope.
Identify the important speakers, ceremony moments and any restrictions on the footage. Share your studio’s references and explain the pacing, sound and presentation you want to keep. That information gives the editor a practical direction for the longer timeline.
What the Film service includes
- A finished wedding film of 20–60 minutes.
- Ceremony and speeches coverage.
- Multi-camera sync and audio cleanup.
- Two revision rounds.
- Complete Adobe Premiere project files.
- Turnaround from 14 days once scope and all materials are confirmed.
The confirmed price depends on the raw-footage volume and quality, resolution, camera count, final length, deadline and editing requirements. We agree the scope, price and turnaround before work begins. See the pricing page for a comparison with Teaser and Highlight.
Organize cameras and audio for the handoff
For a multi-camera project, separate and identify the camera sources and audio recordings clearly. Include notes that connect a recorder or microphone to the ceremony, vows or speeches it captured. Flag missing sections or known recording issues rather than leaving the editor to guess.
Share the deliverable list, output requirements, style references and client deadline with the footage. Our footage preparation guide and handoff checklist help you assemble that information.
Review the full edit before payment
No upfront payment is required. You review a watermarked preview and submit feedback during the two included revision rounds. After you are happy with the result and approve it, you pay and receive the clean exports and included Premiere project files.
Wedding film editing questions
Do you include the complete ceremony and every speech?
The published Film service includes ceremony and speeches coverage. The exact sections, coverage and finished length are confirmed in the project scope. If you need full-length versions or separate exports, list them when requesting your quote.
Does “from 14 days” mean every film is ready on day 14?
The Film turnaround starts from 14 days. We confirm the schedule based on the scope and materials. Tell us your client’s deadline before booking.
Can I request a highlight too?
Yes. A 3–8 minute Highlight is a separate deliverable that can be discussed alongside the longer Film. Include both in the brief so the quote and timeline reflect the complete request.
How do I choose between a highlight and a documentary film?
Start with what the couple expects to receive: a short story or a longer record with more coverage. Our Highlight versus documentary film guide explains the scope questions to settle before editing.
Send us the shape of your project
